Employment Medicals

Pre-employment and periodic medical assessments ensure employees are fit for work and able to safely manage the risks and demands of their role.

A comprehensive medical history, relevant tests, and clinical assessment form part of a robust recruitment process which enables employers to confidently fill safety-critical positions with safe and capable employees. Pre-placement drug and alcohol testing can further enhance operational safety and maintain integrity of safety-sensitive industries.

Periodic medical reviews and a medical certification policy ensures employees remain fit for work and that changes in their health status which may impact their ability to safely work are identified early.

Corporate health surveillance and wellbeing programs can enhance workplace productivity and worker job-satisfaction.

Our clinicians can provide comprehensive employment medical reviews and tailor assessments specific to role, company, and industry.
